UCC Coffee Academy Tokyo is an educational institution where students can learn coffee expertise and techniques, and moved to the West Building 1F of Sumitomo Fudosan Aoyama Building, Akasaka 8-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo, in February 2023.

Barista Collective is a professional educational institution for aspiring baristas, located in Machida City, Tokyo. Belonging to the Japan Barista Convention Association (JBCA), we help baristas improve their skills and obtain certification.
