For experienced boulderers, plans include a one-day fee of 2,200 yen, a four-hour fee of 1,870 yen, and a one-hour fee of 1,320 yen.
The gym also offers a wide variety of training sessions and lessons, including a beginner's course in lead climbing, an introduction to multi-pitch climbing, and an introduction to dry touring.

2.Urban Base Camp Shinjuku

Urban Base Camp Shinjuku is a bouldering gym located at B1F Sanko Park Building, 7-3-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. It is a 3-minute walk from Seibu Shinjuku Station and a 5-minute walk from the West Exit of JR Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get to even on rainy days in the center of Tokyo.
The gym is owned by Yuji Hirayama, an overall World Cup champion, and is supported by many climbers. The gym provides friendly and attentive instruction for beginners, so that even first-time climbers can enjoy bouldering with ease.
Business hours are from 10:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 22:00 on weekends and holidays, and it is not closed on regular holidays. Fees include an initial registration fee of 1,100 yen, 1,650 yen per day for men and 1,320 yen per day for women and students on weekdays, 2,200 yen per day for men and 1,650 yen per day for women and students on weekends and holidays, and other plans to meet users' needs.
The facility has a dedicated bouldering wall, and shoes and chalk are available for rent. Shoes and chalk rental is free with initial registration.

3.ROCKY Climbing & Fitness Gym Shinjuku Akebonobashi

ROCKY Climbing & Fitness Gym Shinjuku Akebonobashi is located at 14-6 Ichiyadai-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Exit A2 of Akebonobashi Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. You can enjoy bouldering in a spacious facility in the heart of the city.
The total area of the facility is approximately 150 tsubo, and the maximum height of the wall is 4.8 meters. The “MONSTER” wall, in particular, has a strong slope of 150 to 130 degrees, and the climbing distance from the bottom to the top reaches 7.4 meters. This is a wall designed for climbers who want to get stronger.
It is also equipped with slabs and gently sloping walls for beginners. A kids' school is also offered, with children as young as 6 years old (first grade) able to participate.
Hours of operation are weekdays from 10:00 to 23:00, weekends and holidays from 10:00 to 21:00, and there are no regular holidays. Fees are 1,900 yen for one-day use on weekdays and 2,090 yen on weekends and holidays. Shoe rental is offered at 300 yen and chalk rental at 200 yen.

4.Everfree climbing gym

Everfree Climbing Gym is located at Yotsuya Building 1F, 2-1 Yotsuya, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, a 4-minute walk from JR Yotsuya Station. It is open from 13:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 20:00 on weekends and holidays, and is open year-round (except for year-end and New Year holidays and facility inspection days).
The facility has a total area of approximately 230 square meters, with seven wall shapes and bulges ranging from slab to 130-degree slopes, and walls over 4 meters high. This makes it suitable for climbers of all levels, from beginners to advanced climbers.
The fee is an initial registration fee of 1,250 yen, and first-time instruction is provided free of charge for inexperienced climbers. The facility use fee is 1,700 yen from 13:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and 2,000 yen from 10:00 to 20:00 on weekends and holidays. Nighttime and daytime rates are also available after 20:00 on weekdays.
Equipment rental is also available, with shoes offered for 200 yen and chalk for 100 yen. Shoes and chalk rental is free for first-time registrants.
